Beauty advent calendars have become one of the highlights of the beauty blogging world every Christmas, and this year has been no exception. It feels like there are more calendars than ever before, and there is something out there to suit every style and budget. As soon as I saw the Marks and Spencer Beauty Advent Calendar though, I knew I had to have it.
It cost £35.00, but you had to spend £35.00 in-store in order to actually purchase one. This sounds like a lot, but when you consider that the value of the calendar totals £250.00, it’s quite a bargain really.
So then…what’s inside?! Well I picked today to blog about the calendar as we’re halfway through, and I figured that’s a good point to briefly go over the contents.
I’ll start off by saying I’m so impressed with the goodies. Almost all of the products are from high-end, premium brands including the likes of Rodial, Neals Yard, Pixi, Emma Hardi, and Alpha H.
The first twelve items have been a mixture of make up and skincare, along with nail polishes (Marks’ own beauty brand Autograph had to feature in there of course), and even a gorgeous make up brush from the brand Look Good Feel Better.
I’m only halfway through the Marks and Spencer Beauty Advent Calendar, but I already feel as though I’ve more than got my money’s worth. If there any any left in stock then I’d highly recommend picking one up. I’ll blog more about the contents and the other twelve items at the beginning of the new year when I’ll have had time to test everything out.
Think it’s safe to say though that the Marks and Spencer beauty advent calendar has been one of my most favourite beauty purchases this year. And as for the packaging….it’s so beautiful! I love it to bits.
If there are any left to buy then I couldn’t recommend it enough. They have sold out online, but it might be worth checking out your local M&S to see if they still have some in stock.
